How do I choose which pricing plan is best for me?

For SparkPost self-service, pay-as-you-go accounts, start with your current sending volumes, and upgrade or downgrade at any time.

If you are interested in the enhanced services included with our Priority, Premium and Enterprise Add-on plans, please contact a SparkPost representative who can assist you in evaluating your needs.

What are the limitations of the Free plan?

The Free plan is not feature-limited in any way. It includes all features of our paid plans!

If you are using the Free plan, you will be capped at a 100,000 sending limit until you configure your account to handle payment for overage charges. It’s easy: to send more than 100,000 emails per month, you simply need to add valid credit card information to your account.

What if I send or need to send more than the pricing plan I have signed up for allows?

For self-service accounts, an overage fee will be incurred for each email that exceeds the sending volume monthly limit as stated in the sending agreement (see pricing, above.)

If you know you are going to exceed your limit prior to sending, simply go to the settings tab in the control panel and choose “Upgrade” to select the new plan that meets your increased sending volume needs.

What if I don’t send as many emails in a month as I have signed up for with my self-service account?

Unused messages do not roll over into the following month.

How much does it cost to add additional IPs to my self-service account?

Additional IP addresses can be added to any self-service account for $20.00 per IP address, per month.

What form of payments do you accept for self-service accounts?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

How am I billed for self-service accounts?

Fees are charged to your credit card on a recurring monthly basis.

Where can I see my invoices?

Invoices are emailed to the registered billing email address and they come from “billing@sparkpost.com”.

How are overage fees billed?

Overage fees, if any, will be charged to the credit card on file whenever such fees reach $100 or more, or on the monthly billing date, whichever comes first.

Can I sign up on a month-to-month basis?

All SparkPost self-service packages shown are priced on a month-to-month basis.

How do I cancel my self-service account?

You can cancel your self-service account anytime through the control panel, under the settings tab.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds.
