As the Director of Customer Success, Laura leads SparkPost’s team of Technical Account Managers. She’s built a highly successful organization that ensures SparkPost’s enterprise customers maximize their email performance and drive business results.

Laura’s commitment to customer success and understanding of its drivers is a core asset for SparkPost customers. Her passion for working with customers to achieve their goals and business success is evident throughout.

Early in her career, Laura developed an essential understanding of how to help clients succeed with technology as a senior consultant in the professional services industry, including a stint with the global management consulting firm Accenture. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
