Your plan settings will remain as they are now. If you need a larger daily limit, please upgrade to one of our new plans. Please note that daily limits are always based on your account’s sending performance and history with SparkPost and are reviewed on a case by case basis.

No, but the 50k plan also gives you access to email and telephone support and represents a great value to senders at any volume up to 50,000 messages per month.
Can I buy or switch account to one of the old plans that don’t include support?
We will no longer offer old pricing tiers once these changes take effect on August 17, 2017. Existing customers may stay on their current tier at the current price without the additional support options or they can move to a new sending tier.
