Can i get a daily limit increase on my free plan?
Free plans with the 100K volume will automatically move to a maximum 3,750 daily limit based on your accounts performance with SparkPost. 15K Free plans are limited to a 750 daily limit for development purposes. If you need a larger limit please consider upgrading to one of our paid plans via the Account/Billing page.
I have paid for overages or have a dedicated IP on my Free plan, how does this affect my support moving forward?
Free plans even with Add-ons such as a dedicated IP or previous overages are still subject to the same Free plan support changes, which means that case support will end on October 16th 2017. You are still able to contact our Billing team via [email protected]

If I stay on my plan, can I increase my daily limits?
Your plan settings will remain as they are now. If you need a larger daily limit, please upgrade to one of our new plans. Please note that daily limits are always based on your account’s sending performance and history with SparkPost and are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Can I add a dedicated IP to my existing Paid plan?
