Are you a Message Systems customer? Well, we’ve got some good news for you… The Customer Excellence Awards are back in 2014!

Last year, we launched our first ever Customer Excellence Awards where outstanding members of our community were recognized for various achievements in their use and implementation of our Momentum platform. Following the popularity and success of 2014’s awards, we’ve brought the Customer Excellence Awards back this year with a few modifications. There are 4 categories and 4 awards:

Product Improvement Award

Have you contributed to the improvement of the Momentum platform by offering us some valuable feedback? This one’s for you. The Product Improvement Award will be presented to the customer that has brought about vast improvements in the product they use by sharing vital feedback with us!

Innovation Award

Using more than one Message Systems solution? This award could be yours. The Innovation Award recognizes a customer whose innovative use of more than one Message Systems solution has resulted in measurable benefits to the organization.

Lifetime Achievement Award

How many years have you been using Momentum? The Lifetime Achievement Award was created to honor a customer who has a long term relationship with us, so we can show our appreciation for that commitment!

Rookie of the Year Award

Just started using Momentum? We haven’t forgotten about you. If you are a customer who has achieved extraordinary success through a recent implementation of Momentum, we’d like to celebrate your success with the community too.

Nominations for each category can be submitted online during the month of September. Message Systems employees who work closely with our customers will be asked to nominate them during this timeframe. For the first time this year, we are also accepting nominations from you – our valued customers!

The Customer Excellence Awards judging panel will comprise of five members of the Message Systems team, including at least two executives and one representative each from Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success. Winners will be announced at the closing session of Insight 2014, our user conference in San Diego.

Think you’ve done some great things with Momentum this year? Nominate your company for the Customer Excellence Awards! Aside from a shining trophy and a place in our historical hall of fame, you can also expect to receive lots of free publicity on our website and the user conference as both a nominee and a winner in 2014. If you think that you qualify for more than one category, simply complete additional forms. Nominations will be accepted until September 30, 2014.

On the 10 of October, there was a special buzz in the air even as Interact 2013 – The Digital Messaging Industry Conference, was coming to a close.

The occasion?

A special awards ceremony honoring the winners of the first ever Message Systems’ Customer Excellence Awards at Paradise Point Resort & Spa.

Finalists for the award were earlier picked based on an outlined criteria through a combination of nominations and customer participation. The winners were selected by a panel of judges comprised of Message Systems CEO George Schlossnagle, CTO Alec Peterson, Senior VP of Sales Barry Abel and Head of Global Account Management, Marina Bernstein.

Amid an atmosphere of anticipation, Barry Abel, Senior VP of Sales made his way up to the stage to announce the finalists.
