We were excited to return to Paradise Point in San Diego last week for our fourth annual Message Systems Insight User Conference. It’s always the perfect environment for unveiling our latest products and conducting relaxed conversations dockside. It’s especially cool to be able to hang out with our customers, some of whom travel a long way to get face time with our executive team. As usual, everyone had a great time this year. We’d like to give a special shout out to the winners of the 2014 Customer Excellence Awards:

  • HP Exstream: Product Improvement Award
  • Twitter: Innovator Award
  • Comcast: Rookie of the Year Award
  • Salesforce: Lifetime Achievement Award

We also spent plenty of time talking about industry advancements and emerging trends like DMARC, TLS, Lua scripting, API management and lots of other interesting topics. The weather was sunny and cool all week, which was perfect for the opening night cocktail reception and our big social event at the Hard Rock Hotel’s rooftop club, Float where the tacos were awesome, the views of the Gaslamp Quarter were spectacular. Pretty cool also was the rock ‘n’ roll memorabilia on display, which included a Jimi Hendrix guitar (a Fender Jazzmaster – check out the photo).
