EnvelopeTriviaAs engineers, sometimes we just get tired of looking at code. Brain teasers and logic puzzles are a nice relief during the day and research shows they’re actually good for us. Recently on Facebook we started Trivia Tuesdays, geared specifically toward developers. Brain teasers and logic puzzles actually help us be more productive. In fact, brain teasers and logic puzzles not only boost productivity, but they:

•    Boost brain activity

•    Provide emotional satisfaction and sense of accomplishment

•    Enhance memory and processing speed

•    Help slow the decline and reduce the risk for dementia

•    Improve concentration

•    Reduce boredom

So the next time your boss catches you working on one while peering over your shoulder, tell him you were just trying to recharge your batteries so you could be more productive. Here’s the latest installment of our Trivia Tuesday series on Facebook. Can you tell how many envelopes there are?
