Brain teasers and logic puzzles are a nice relief during the day and research shows they’re actually good for us. Recently on Facebook we started Trivia Tuesdays, geared specifically toward developers. Brain teasers and logic puzzles actually help us be more productive. In fact, brain teasers and logic puzzles not only boost productivity, but they:

•    Boost brain activity

•    Provide emotional satisfaction and sense of accomplishment

•    Enhance memory and processing speed

•    Help slow the decline and reduce the risk for dementia

•    Improve concentration

•    Reduce boredom
