With more than 15 years of experience architecting and implementing messaging and engagement solutions across the globe, Mitch is a leader in advanced digital messaging technologies including short and multimedia messaging (SMSC, MMSC), email and unified messaging platforms, content portals, instant, voice and video messaging, messaging security and mobile value added services. He has worked with customers to differentiate their brand and enjoy long term business benefits through improved customer engagement and process simplification.

Responsible for the SparkPost’s Global Customer Success team, Mitch leads a global team of Pre Sales, Professional Service engineers and Engagement Managers whose sole focus is architecting and delivering business transforming digital messaging solutions and exceptional customer service.

Prior to joining SparkPost, Mitch ran the Sales Operations team for Telstra International in the UK, improving internal processes and company/customer experience, earlier in his career Mitch was responsible for technical solution sales within mobile telecoms, enterprise computer hardware industries and also MMI design for carrier implementations of natural language speech recognition technologies.
